11:00 AM Schedule: all 4 games are Game/75 + 5-second-delay. On-site registration ends 10:30 am. Game Times: 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 4:45 pm and 7:45 pm.
12:30 PM Schedule (Round 1 only is Game/25 (plus 5-second delay), and then you merge in Round 2 at 2:00 pm! On-site registration ends 12:15 pm.
THE LAST ROUND OF THIS TOURNAMENT IS AT 7:45 pm.

On-site registration is only for players who have not registered in advance! Players who have already registered in advance DO NOT also need to register on site-- just be at the tournament in time for your first game!
Players who register in advance should be at the New Yorker Hotel (4th floor) before their first game begins. Players who do not register in advance can register at site, at least 30 minutes before their first game. On-site registration IS ONLY ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT, AFTER 9:30 am.
Limit of two half-point byes available (limit of 1 bye if Under 2000), must commit before 2:00 pm. Official USCF February 2013 Rating List will be used. CCA Minimum Ratings may also be used at Director's discretion.
Please try to bring a chess set and clock!
Current USCF Membership is required of ALL PLAYERS and may also be purchased with your tournament entry registration. USCF membership dues are not refundable.
Entry fees, less $3 service charge, refunded to players who notify the Tournament Director that they will withdraw from the tournament NO LATER THAN the Friday before the tournament-- BEFORE 9 pm. NO EMAIL AFTER 9 PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT.
$5 service charge for each player refund requested by phone on the day of the tournament-- AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE GAME BEGINS. ** NO REFUNDS ALLOWED UNDER 30 MINUTES BEFORE GAME BEGINS. NO REFUNDS TO PLAYERS WHO FORFEIT WITHOUT PROPER ADVANCE NOTICE (NO-SHOWS)! **
